Jason Messina is the pen name of Jason Messina (it makes cashing checks a lot easier). He’s a writer and performer living in New Jersey. His writing has explored pop culture, terrorist holidays, the fear of dying, the 753 page menu at Cheesecake Factory and slasher in the woods type stories. He’s studied comedy and writing at Second City Chicago and The PIT in NYC.

Next projects include Don’t Get Dead (a completely new take on the “slasher in the woods” type of story), OctoberWorld (a celebration of weird, Twilight Zone-ish stories and twisted mysteries) and an as of yet untitled mystery series based on his life.
